Mr. Schaffer

I am an Applied Technology Instructor at Fremd High School in Palatine, Illinois. I teach PLTW- Principles of Engineering, Woods Technology, and Production Technology. This is my 4th year teaching. I graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a B.S. in Industrial Technology with a Construction Concentration in 2009. Later, I went back to Eastern Illinois University for a Post-Bach Certificate in Career and Technology Education.

 

After school, I am an assistant Wrestling Coach. I am also the Master Carpenter for the Fall Musical. I am also the Advisor for Woodworking Club.

 

Outside of school, I Own and Operate a painting and re-modeling business. Some of my hobbies include working on carpentry projects, racing stock cars, and being a big time grillmaster.
